The app is not working, what should I do?

What API key permissions are required?

For your security, we only accept API keys with read-only rights. Never provide keys with withdrawal or trading permissions. This ensures your funds remain safe at all times.

Why is there a delay between my exchange/wallet and the platform?

You may experience up to a 5-minute delay between real-time data and what you see on our platform. This is normal and ensures reliable synchronization with your exchange or wallet.

I can't log in or have connection issues, what can I do?
